We recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from your company and I wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased and impressed I was with tour team.

Barry was very knowledgeable, available and discussed the team approach to a good installation and good service.

Ed was on time, thorough and really knew the operations that were necessary.

The star was Lorne. He was attentive to every detail, did a very neat install, was customer orientated and he answered all of our questions. The installation looks good with everything tucked in with straps and wire wraps. As he finished the furnace room was vacuumed and all of the scraps and old materials were carried out. He took time to make sure that we understood the operation of the thermostat, humidifier, air conditioner and furnace, and reminded us the importance of changing the filter and cleaning the tube on the furnace.

We were very pleased with the installation and my wife liked the flowers; they were a nice touch.

It is with great pleasure that I write this note. This week a new Amana heating and cooling system was installed in our home.

The installers, Ray and Frank, were courteous and went about their way. Everything that is required to replace an existing furnace and air conditioner was done in a professional efficient manner. Our carpeting was covered and protected, the furnace room was cleaned and all old equipment including pipes, boxes, etc., were taken away. Questions we had were answered and instructions on maintaining the equipment were given.

Over the years we have come to expect good service and a quick response time to heating and cooling problems from your company and this experience was no different.

It is a good feeling indeed to know that anytime a problem occurs we have access to a great team who values our comfort.

Dear Senior Management,

Our air conditioner stopped working on Wednesday, July 7th during the record high heat streak.  I called one of your competitors who had originally installed the air/furnace and we have used since we built our home.  Long story short, we had a very upsetting experience with them and at 9:00 p.m. last night I called a couple of our neighbors who recommended your company.  I called and the assistant who took my information could not have been nicer or more helpful.  Then after 9:00 p.m., I received a call from Nolan.  He immediately sympathized with our plight – yet was honest enough to explain the difference in the rates between Friday night and Saturday morning.  In this horrendous economy, we are on a very tight budget and I genuinely appreciated his honesty and explanation.  This morning by 8:30 I heard from your company again letting me know a workman would be in the area at 10:00 a.m.  Bill Pace arrived promptly, surveyed the situation and had the air conditioner working by noon or earlier.  In addition, he made some valuable observations that we should address and we will.

We sincerely thank you for all of your efforts and kindness.  The best way I can think of to thank you is to recommend you. . . .

. . . Both Nolan and Bill are to be greatly commended for their efforts and customer service skills.  We signed up for the annual maintenance plan and look forward to seeing you again.
